With the video overlay functionality, it is possible to keep your customers in view while you go to another program on your computer. You can see up to 4 conversation partners in this view.

Simply click on the icon at the top right next to 'fullscreen'.

When you start sharing your screen, we will automatically ask you if you want to turn on the video overlay.

Choose where and how large you want to see your conversation partners by dragging or enlarging the square.

Unfortunately, video overlay is only available on desktop and is only supported by Google Chrome or Edge chromium (v 83+).

Please note that the video overlay will not be shown when using a full-screen mode such as a PowerPoint.
