Update my Live Chat company name and avatar

You can specify your Live Chat company profile name and picture in the Omnichannel Widget Settings in Inbox.
This is the name and profile picture from which all automated Live Chat messages will be sent from. If you decide to disable the “Show your team” configuration [link to article], all Live Chat messages (including Live Chat messages sent from your agents) will be grouped under your company profile name and picture.
