Live Chat message statuses

There are now customer-facing message statuses in Live Chat on the Omnichannel Widget.

Live Chat statuses mirror the message statuses visible to agents in Inbox, including:

  • Sending (Pending)

  • Sent

  • Delivered

Currently, "Read" status is not displayed to customers in Live Chat. 

 

Your customers can now also retry sending any message that failed.
