Using Flow Builder, you can easily set up opt-in/opt-out automatic SMS subscriptions. Go to Flow Builder in the Dashboard, and create a new flow or use the template ‘Automatic SMS subscriptions’. 

1. Select the phone number you’d like to attach the automatic SMS subscriptions to.

2. Click on the ‘Branch’ Step, and set up the attributes. For example, incoming message → starts with → opt-in or incoming message.

3. Underneath each branch, you can set actions (Steps), such as ‘Subscribe to group’ or ‘Unsubscribe from group’. Remember to click on save when you add new Steps or set up Attributes.

4. When you are done building your flow, click on either ‘Save draft’ or ‘Publish’ on the right top of the screen.
