When we build your custom Email Design System, we ensure that they are built in a way that renders well across as many modern email clients as possible. Below is a list of all the webmail, desktop and mobile email clients that are supported.

Outlook 2013 (120 DPI)


This will be checked in, but due to way the email will be scaled, we can not guarantee this will exactly match the normal version. 


Outlook 2007


Only the first frame of animated gifs will be displayed. There is limited support for background images. Some minor layout discrepancies are to be expected.


Outlook 2010


Only the first frame of animated gifs will be displayed. There is limited support for background images. Some minor layout discrepancies are to be expected.


Outlook 2013


Only the first frame of animated gifs will be displayed. There is limited support for background images. Some minor layout discrepancies are to be expected.


Outlook 2016


Only the first frame of animated gifs will be displayed. There is limited support for background images. Some minor layout discrepancies are to be expected.


Windows Mail


This platform has some known rendering issues such as occasional gaps around images and very limited support for background images. 


Android 4.4


This will be checked in Litmus, but screenshots may not reflect the actual apps


Android 5.1


This will be checked in Litmus, but screenshots may not reflect the actual apps. Media queries not supported.


Android 6.0


This will be checked in Litmus, but screenshots may not reflect the actual apps. Media queries not supported.
