Using personalisation in a mailing

Once you've set up personalisation in Taxi, you can insert personalisation language into your mailing. This will allow you to personalise your content.
Find the field which you want to use personalisation on
You can only add personalised content to a rich text field.Click on the personalisation tag icon, next to Bold and Italic
This will give you a dropdown of all the personalisation fields you have set up in your accountSelect the field you want to use
Click save to save your mailing
4. You will see the personalisation in the email preview
This is identified by using blue colour font
5. Export your mailing to your ESP
The mailing will be populated with the personalised content.
